At Bayou Baby Boutique we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Because of this we will gladly accept approved merchandise purchased in store for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. Please carefully read the following to ensure you are eligible for store credit or exchange.

    • Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and boxes intact, no exceptions.

    • ALL carseats and boosters are final sale. Safety is our top priority and we are unable to accept any returns of carseats or boosters once they leave the store due to safety regulations.

    • ALL exchangeable gear (strollers, wagons, bassinets, walkers, high chairs, bouncers, and play yards) will have a 20% restocking fee.  

    • ALL custom or special order items are final sale.   

    • ALL seasonal items are final sale.   

    • ALL sale items are final sale.

Gift Registry Return Policy

Any items that have been purchased through a gift registry will be eligible for exchange or store credit up to 15 days after the birth of your little one. This will provide ample time to ensure the products fit your babies needs. Please carefully read the following to ensure you are eligible for store credit or exchange.

Non-returnable items and Important Information

    • Gift cards are non returnable and expire after 1 year.

    • ALL carseats and boosters are final sale, no exceptions.

    • Any item with obvious signs of use, will NOT be excepted  for exchange or store credit. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Clothes or essentials with no tags will incur a 10% restocking fee.

    • Destroyed gear or essential boxes will incur an additional 10% restocking fee. 

Our in-store and exchange policy holds NO exceptions. We hope you understand and at the end of the day your satisfaction is our upmost priority. If your item is defective or damaged (this includes car seats), we will gladly help you work with the vendor to get the issue resolved.
